We along with the League of Women Voters, 100 Black Men of the Bay Area and National Coalition of the 100 Black Women — Bay Area Chapter are pleased to present a Rank Choice Voting Explainer session on Saturday, April 12 from 10AM to Noon at Greater St Paul's Baptist Church in Oakland.
