Celebrating a Safe and Happy Juneteenth

BAA was happy to see how seriously the city took safety at this year's Juneteenth celebration. It was a reminder of what natural and cultural beauty we have here in Oakland, which makes the Town a very special place to call home. We hope you, your friends and family were able to enjoy the day of celebration.

We also want to say a huge thank you to everyone who planned and participated in the event at Lake Merritt. It was truly special and showed the city in a good light. We're already looking forward to next year!
